On our spoon carving courses, I work alongside my friend to teach you how to transform raw wood into beautiful, functional spoons. Together, we guide you through every step of the process—from selecting the right wood and using carving tools to shaping the spoon, refining the handle, and finishing it with sanding and food-safe oils.

We offer private bookings for personalized one-on-one sessions or small group classes, allowing you to learn at your own pace and receive tailored instruction. Additionally, we host pre-booked courses throughout Surrey, where you can join a group and experience the craft in a supportive, community setting.

With our combined experience, we ensure that each student gets the attention they need, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique. Safety and proper tool handling are key parts of our teaching, and we make sure you carve comfortably and confidently. By the end of the course, you'll have a beautiful, handmade spoon—and the skills to keep carving on your own.
